Our flexible billing and payment options are designed to meet all of our customers’ needs and minimize administrative burden. With our medication dispensing solution, most of our customers use one of the following two options:
Standard 30-day Billing Terms (“Pay Upfront”): invoice is sent with standard 30-day terms when medications are shipped to the customer; we accept all major credit cards as well as checks, e-checks, and ACH.
Interest-Free Inventory Financing** (“Pay OnDispense”): under this model, we ship the medications directly to your practice, but you do not have to pay for them until they have been successfully dispensed to your patients or upon expiration (typically 18-24 months from order). We keep a credit card on file for your account and charge weekly for dispenses. This option allows you to be immediately profitable and cash flow positive from day 1!
